Each episode features interviews with successful people who share their personal stories and insights on how they have developed grit in their own lives. I understand that my appearance may be recorded in audio and video format.
I grant permission for The Grit Factor Podcast, its producers, and affiliates to record, edit, publish, and distribute this content in whole or in part, across any media platform, including but not limited to podcast platforms, YouTube, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
2. Use of Name, Image, and Likeness
I grant permission to use my name, voice, image, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the episode and its promotion.
This includes clips, quotes, and excerpts used for marketing or educational purposes.
3. No Compensation
I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation for my appearance.
4. Ownership
I acknowledge that The Grit Factor Podcast retains full ownership of the recorded content and any edited versions derived from it.
5. Guest Responsibility
I confirm that I am speaking on my own behalf and that I will not disclose confidential, proprietary, or legally restricted information during the recording.
I understand that I am responsible for the statements I make during the episode.
6. Release of Liability
I release The Grit Factor Podcast, its host, producers, and affiliates from any claims related to the recording, distribution, or use of this content.
7. Agreement
By submitting this form, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above.
